Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us as they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that personal things come up and adjustments may be necessary. It is difficult for us to schedule in other customers when cancellations are made within less than 3 hours of your scheduled appointment. When last minute notice is given, it is difficult for us to make adjustments, and to schedule other clients into your slot. - This cancellation policy gives us time needed to inform our standby customers of new appointment availability.

Because of the amount of no-shows /no call cancellations, here is our new Cancellation Policy at NexGen Nails Beauty School:

 Please call or text at least 3 hours in advance of a cancellation, or for rescheduling.

Non-Cancellation or No-Show:

 When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as no show, and will be charged $25 (nonrefundable) for each service scheduled for the reserved appointment.

 After 3/no-shows, you will no longer be able to book in advance.

Late Customers:

 We understand that life happens. If for any reason you believe you will be arriving late to

your appointment, PLEASE CALL US!

Please be aware that if you do arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will

be performed that day. In some cases, tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
